Welcome to FLAM! We are a musical institution based in Fair Lawn, NJ enriching the local community through arts offerings and engagement. We also seek to provide scholarships and low-cost tuition through a robust and responsible business model.

Mission
FLAM builds our community around music and art. We make music education, instruments and great performances accessible to the public. By offering affordable lessons and group classes and supplementing these with robust scholarship opportunities, we make sure that every person would be able to receive a music instruction and performance opportunities. We also work diligently to provide great performances by leading artists in our local public spaces free of charge through our CONVIVIUM Series.

Vision
FLAM looks to be the region’s center for the arts. We seek to rally the community and create deeper bonds within it through our programming. We believe in giving back and want to develop a culture of giving and service among our supporters, beneficiaries and the wider landscape that is Fair Lawn and the surrounding region.
